Sotcher Electrical Safety Tester Repairs

Repaired a Sotcher Model 352, ‘The Short Stop’ AC Leakage Current Tester. This unit perform both safety and operational tests of electrical products that one of my customers repairs in volume. I replaced a broken spring for button#4 in the 5 position switch assembly. Verified all test functions ok.

Krantz Tenter Frame Trouble-shooting and repair

This is a machine or frame for stretching cloth by means of hooks, called tenter-hooks, so that it may dry even and square. I had to trouble-shoot the Emergency stop wiring along the entire line. Replaced a bad limit switch to get this one back up and running in full production.

Paint Sprayer Manufacturing Line Tester

Graco, a 10 year customer of Sotcher Measurement, has had many testing line manufacturing devices delivered by us over the years. Recently we built a manufacturing line tester to test their electric airless paint sprayers.
