Single station Crack and Leak detection with Leak removal – The single station removal system consists of crack detection, leak detection, and leak removal. In this configuration, the digital scales are located in the transfer entry area. Cracked eggs are identified with the leak lanes, and can be assigned to various locations depending on the customers needs. Leaking eggs are dropped into a leak chute and can be collected in a bucket, or can be taken away with an optional auger system.
